There is no surer path to Muslim violence than through the legitimization of Muslim grievance. But it isnât a history that can be resolved with a tolerance session.
Muslim grievances are the frustration of conquerors, the broken teeth of predators who werenât allowed to feed on the world until their stomachs burst. All the lands they couldnât conqueror, the peoples who rebelled against their rule, the inferior civilizations that pushed them back and drove them off. The swine who build skyscrapers and enjoy the fine things in life. The civil rights model of social conflict resolution accepts grievances as legitimate and then tries to âhealâ through them through social justice. And when that model is applied to Muslims, it turns into empty appeasement because the conflicts at the heart of Muslim violence cannot be resolved through integration or representation. Applying the word âjusticeâ in any form to a conflict involving Muslims is wasted ink. Breivik er en nobody, der ville vĂŠre en somebody, men blev en ond karikatur af en anybody i stedet. Han starter som en halv-megaloman forurettethed, der fĂžler sig miskendt af og hĂŠvet over menneskeheden som en Rodion Raskolnikov, men hvor denne tilsidst finder noget menneskeligt lys i sit indre mĂžrke, tiltĂŠnker man ikke den patetiske, pubertĂŠre, spilafhĂŠngige norske mandsling, der vil optrĂŠde i operetteuniform den udviklingsmulighed. Siger det mon noget om vores tid og sted, at vi kun kan frembringe en sĂ„ ussel, naragtig og sĂžlle en ondskab, som den Breivik personificerer, nĂ„r man netop tĂŠnker pĂ„ Dostojevskijs morder ? Kan man komme ind i “Tempelridderen”, og hvis man kan, befinder man sig sĂ„ i en Ă„ndelig krybekĂŠlder, i en skovbĂžrnehave, pĂ„ en internetcafĂ© eller i en modeforrretnings spejkabinet?
Hvad har det med islams aggressive krĂŠnkethed at gĂžre? Noget. “Ye (Muslims) are the best of peoples evolved for mankind . . .” stĂ„r der i koranen, Surah 3:110, nĂ„r den muslimske verden derefter spejler sig, skal synet egentlig give psykologske komplikationer, som er dynamit. Breivik kommer til at sidde i fĂŠngsel i mange Ă„r, han kalder sine ugerninger “en martyraktion.” TĂžr man skyde pĂ„, han nĂ„r at konvertere til krĂŠnkethedens evangelium i fĂŠngslet?

Lige som Iznogoud (der som bloggen her gjorde opmĂŠrksom pĂ„, lĂ„ lige under overfladen pĂ„ Hebdos Muhammed forside), der forgĂŠves bruger alt sin tid pĂ„ at blive “kalif istedet for kaliffen”.
Det er vĂŠrd at bemĂŠrke, at de vĂŠrste/bedste “orientalistiske” karikaturer ofte er langt mere ĂŠdruelige end nutidens skĂžnmalerier.
Magten, samt viljen og vejen til den, er koranens centrale tema, sÄ det er ikke underligt at muslimernes psykologi afgÞrende er formet derefter.
