Ytringsfriheden i Europa og USA: Kan vi lære noget af amerikanerne? “Freedom of speech in Europe and the USA. What can Europeans learn from Americans?” – The “Mo-Mug” referred to in the beginning, is this one. The speeches are not presented in a chronological order here but were originally held in this order: Ann Snyder, Morten Messerschmidt and Douglas Murray.
Murray was speaking without a manuscript. Be prepared for improvisations like: “Try alcohol against depression (from listening to me).” Other subjects touched upon in the debate in video 2 are Enoch Powell, Mark Steyn, Bruce Bawer, Kenan Malik, the EDL, Ray Honeyford, British artists, and the fate you will receive if you publish truthful insights and correct observations 20 years before “the political avantgarde-elite” do the same. The latter theme is also the subject of our Swedish chronicle published below. See also on Murray in Norwegian/Danish: Når det brænder i teatret. Af Helle Merete Brix, HRS – One may remember our video with the iranian communist Maryam Namazie from september. Murray is debating her here and here. (Watch in High Definition)
From Fjordman to contributors:
I want to thank all of those who donated to the Fjordman Relocation Fund. Yes, if you donate to me via Paypal here at Vlad’s blog I do get it. I have already received enough money to pay for moving from my old flat to a new one. I will start thanking individual donors by email this week, but since I am very busy it can take several months for me to thank all of you. And yes, I will continue writing essays online and hopefully publish several printed books as well. Vlad Tepes
